November 25, 2015 Finally. Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) today..the house is finished. Contract finish date is January 21,2016. Had a look through the house today. Hard to find any faults. Very happy with the new home.

Advised today that PCI, completion date, is November 25. Hand over..December 2. Not long to go now.

Gas meter installed, but not connected yet.

Bricks finished, roof and gutters on.  Plumbing installed.  Next is electrics, and insulation.

Brick work seems to be about half way.  Not bad for one week's work.  Hope that the bricks will be finished by the 15th, so they can start on the roof.
