Second Deposit Variation arrived today. Seems all in line.
Colour walk through on Dec 3, so will wait until that has been done, before I sign off on the deposit variation.

Had a look at the block, to see progress. Lots has been done, in the past month. Contracts exchanged on the land. Now it is ours!
